  • Manmohan has been at Khan & Associates since 2020 with a brief hiatus working in a Commercial law firm in the Auckland CBD. Manmohan has a keen interest in all aspects of general practice and specialises in Commercial and Business Law.

  • Manbir graduated in 2015 at Bond University in the Gold Coast with a bachelor of laws.  He is a commercial lawyer with expertise in Commercial, Corporate, Finance and Property law. He advises clients on a broad range of commercial transactions, including business acquisitions and disposals, corporate structuring and financing arrangement guiding clients through due diligence, negotiations and settlement.

    He also acts for landlords and tenants on commercial leasing matters and assists first-home buyers and experienced property investors with property transactions. He is known for his practical, commercially focused advice and clear, results-driven approach.
